Mountain Made Apparel strives to exceed every customer’s expectation.
IF YOU HAVE RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEM OR SIZE, PLEASE COMPLETE THE RETURN FORM, PACKAGE YOUR ITEM(S) AND SHIP THEM BACK TO US.
EXCHANGES
If you’ve received a defective item, were sent incorrect items, are missing items from your order or need a return label, please contact our customer service team at [email protected].
The size selected on the RETURN FORM will be shipped to you upon processing of the exchange. Exchanges are based upon product availability.
REFUNDS
Mountain Made does not issue refunds.
PURCHASES FROM MOUNTAIN MADE APPAREL RETAILERS
If you purchased an item from a Mountain Made Apparel authorized retailer should be returned/exchanged at with the retailer where you originally purchased the item(s).
Returns sent to Mountain Made Apparel that were not purchased from Mountain Made Apparel directly will not be processed.
